By accessing or using R1N.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use R1N.ai. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

R1N.ai is intended for adults only and is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older.

By using R1N.ai, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction and that you are legally permitted to access and use this service.

We verify the age of new accounts before they can use the service, using a selfie-based age check run by our verification partner, Didit, with a government ID check if the result is close to 18. How this data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate information and not to let anyone else complete the check for you.

If we cannot confirm that you are 18 or older, or we learn that you are not, we will block your account. If you believe your account was blocked by mistake, contact [email protected].

R1N.ai is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and activities
• Not engage in any illegal activities or use the service to facilitate illegal conduct
• Not attempt to harm, abuse, harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying technology of the service
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the service
• Engage respectfully with AI companion interactions, recognizing that the service is designed for adult conversational experiences
• Never ask an AI host to roleplay as, or involve, anyone under 18

To comply with safety laws, conversations are automatically checked for a few specific safety issues as they happen, as described in our content rules, crisis protocol, and Privacy Policy. By using R1N.ai, you agree that:

• If you say or suggest that you are under 18, the conversation may end and you may need to verify your age again.
• If you ask for roleplay involving anyone under 18, the conversation ends and your account may be put on hold while we review it, and may be closed.
• If you mention suicide, self-harm, or an eating disorder, the conversation ends, we show you crisis resources, and your account is put on hold until we have reviewed it and reached out to you.
• If you talk about hurting real people, or ask a host for medical, legal, or therapy advice, the conversation ends.
• Flagged excerpts may be reviewed by our team and are deleted after 90 days.

R1N.ai hosts are AI, not people, and not doctors, therapists, or lawyers. Nothing they say is professional advice.

You retain ownership of your conversation data and any content you provide to R1N.ai. By using the service, you grant us the necessary rights to process and store your data to provide the service.

AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. R1N.ai features neutrally aligned AI companions that adapt to user preferences and conversational styles within legal and ethical bounds.

The AI is designed to be dynamic and responsive, which may result in unexpected or surprising responses. This is an intentional feature of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your invite code and account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your invite code secure and not share it with others
• Maintain only one account per person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful behavior.

R1N.ai is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for emotional attachment, reliance, or expectations developed through interactions with AI companions. The service is for entertainment and conversational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R1N.ai, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of R1N.ai after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
